Making another account using the email you used with facebook

I'm trying to make a new account seperate from facebook (I made my account with facebook and I removed spotify from apps) and I was wondering how I can make another account using the email I signed up with

Hi there! You can't create a Spotify account with that same email address as long as it's attached to your old account. You need to get in touch with Spotify on Twitter @spotifycares so they can free up your email address and you can create another account. They'll even transfer your music over!
