Making playlists open for everyone

How can I open up a playlist for everyone to participate in without removing it from my viewable playlists?

At the moment, making a playlist collaborative makes it private. This makes it so that random people who don't have the link to the playlist add songs that might not fit.

For now, we suggest sending the playlist link to other users who you want to collaborate with.
