Marketing with playlists

Hi dear Spotify community.

I am doing marketing for the Norwegian Army Band here in Harstad, Norway. We will do a concert featuring music from the band Chicago. The royalties for the music is handled by the Norwegian TONO Organization.

My first question is: is it legal to promote a concert like this through the use of Spotify playlists? I see many people suggest you do it, and I think we are in the clear since we pay royalties, however I would really like to hear from Spotify itself that such promotion doesnt go into any gray zones.

My second question is: is there a way to promote playlists with a different name than my own?
