Microsoft Lumia 640- Can't use Spotify on Data

I have a Spotify Premium account and have had a Windows Phone with T-Mobile (Simple Choice w/ Music Freedom) for over a year now. I switched to the Lumia 640 and I can only access Spotify on WiFi. Is anyone having a similar issue? How can this be fixed?

I'm having the same problem with Spotify.

When I open Pandora, it plays no problem, but when I open Spotify well more than 1/2 of the time the application defaults to offline mode. I can't find any option to attempt to reconnect or anything. Same phone.
