Music Artist Does Not Have a Profile to Attach Metadata for a Fix

I have a stumper for someone (maybe...lol)

I am trying to post a metadata mixup fix of two different artists with the same name.  But wait a second before you answer I have the link in order to post the metadata link.

The problem lies here:

• Music Artist #1 (country singer) does have a profile. (Not sure if profile is Music Artist, fan, or Spotify created)
• Music Artist #2 (an oboe player that plays classical music) does not have a profile to link the metadata to (one incorrect song and two incorrect albums that are supposedly relaged are showing up in Music Artist #1's profile.)

Since I am a Spotify newbie my question now is this:

1.  Does Spotify originate Music Artist profiles? 
2.  I could not find a way to create a profile for Music Artist #2, then try to solve the metadata mixup.
3. The metadata link support only works if there is a profile to attach the metadata mixup to...correct?

Please advise.
