Music cuts into the podcast I'm listening to

My Question or Issue

I'm trying to listen to a podcast and a random metal song keeps on just randomly playing in the middle of my podcast and I will pause it and play my podcast and then like 40 seconds later once again a random song starts playing. I have no music on my Spotify they're only podcasts I don't know why music is playing. I have reset my phone I have uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify. Nothing is working.

Hey @SavahRellcast,

This shouldn't be the normal app behaviour.
Does the song appear in the form of an advertisement or does it play as if you've switched up your now playing podcast for a song?

In case you can reproduce this, would you mind sending us a video recording of the issue as well?
You can upload it to Google Drive or YouTube for example and you can post a link to it here.
Only make sure the privacy settings of the video are set to public 🙂
