Music in someone's playlist but not elsewhere on spotify - how can that be?

My Question or Issue

I am looking for music by a band (eRa) and i found some songs in someone's playlist but the music isn't available on spotify outside the playlist. How can music be available in a playlist but the albums and even songs and artist don't appear at all outside the playlist?

The user most likely saved the spongs by the band (eRa) as local files.

You can migrate the songs you've got on your computer into your Spotify playlists.
