Music keeps pausing

Over the last few weeks I've been noticing that my music will randomly pause for no reason, today being the worst. I've looked through all the FAQs to try and find a solution but everything I've seen still doesn't fix my issue. No one/ other devices are logged into my account, my streaming settings are on low and I've cleared my cache. This seems to happen on both my desktop and iPhone, both have been updated to the most recent version.

After trying everything in the article it still seems to do the same, even on Spotify web player. Nothing seems to work and I still can't find a solution to my problem.
