Music not playing

Music not playing

I have uploaded my music to spotify and was able to stream it for the past two years or so. Now when i attempt to play it the music will not play and the art work is missing. I used the contact form to report that it is broken. However I have not heard anything back from spotify. Lets be honest, an online contact form is a poor way of doing business. I have read other posts and i am positivie spotify is not marked as spam for my email. When will my music be available again?

Do you mean your Local Files?

 

At the moment, there's no way for us users to upload music to Spotify. It has been suggested though, check this thread:

No these are not local files. These are files of my band that I uploaded about two years ago. I have checked with tunecore, the business that publishes my music, and it shows that it is still available on spotify. However when I log in to stream the music nothing plays.
