My Question or Issue

Hi there,I now have a Premium subscription to Spotify. I have also had subscriptions to Quobuz and Tidal. I normally listen to my music via a desktop app on my laptop and connected via a usb cable to a dac ( PS Audio Direct Stream Junior ) This dac supports Spotify Connect. Using all the best quality settings, will there be any difference in sound quality between usingtusing Spotify desktop app or connecting to the dac with Spotify Connect to play my music
