Music stops to play when connected to car stereo

Hi, I have a Spotify Student premium account and I'm from Italy.

I installed Spotify on my Huawei P10 Plus, which is currently running Android 9. 

Everytime I try to play music in my car, connecting my phone to the stereo system of my car (Kenwood DDX4025BT), music will play for a little while, then it will start to take a long time to load (even if wireless network coverage is full). Sometimes, if I skip some songs, it will start to play, but previous unplayed songs won't load if I try to play them later. Plus, it happens quite often that the search function doesn't work, it just continues to load and after a long time an error message appears, saying that something went wrong.

Is it a solution available?
