Music won't start on echo dot

My Question or Issue

When I ask "Alexa start spotify". Alexa understand the command but the music will never play. I tried with other music provider like Amazon and it's working perfectly. 
I don't know where is the issues and how to deal with it.

Just to check, have you tried restating your devices and your router to make sure everything is synced up?

It's also a good idea to disconnect and re-connect your Spotify account to your Alexa account with the steps here.
