My Chromecast Spotify app is stuck on the "Who's listening page".

I can't move past the Who's listening page on Chromecast. I've tried restarting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, logging out and logging back in, logging in through my phone, uninstalling the app on my phone, etc.

This type of issue is commonly related to network permissions and restrictions. In this case, we'd first recommend trying with a different Wi-Fi connection to see if it makes any difference. If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it on.

If the issue persists, make sure the firmware of your Chromecast is up to date as it may affect the proper behavior of the app.
