My music on Spotify keeps playing I can't seem to figure out how to pause i

I can play the music but once playing I can't pause it or skip ahead

Thanks for coming to the Community. We'd be happy to assist you further.

 

In order to swiftly find a solution, could you provide us with the following info:

 

  • Are you using Connect to control the playback on a remote device or are you experiencing the described issue on a standalone device you're using the app on?
  • Do you see the buttons to navigate through the playback or you don't see the "Now Playing" bar at all?

We'd also need some device information to narrow down the troubleshooting. What are the exact model, make and OS of the device you're using?
