My playlists dissappear!!

Depending on my devices I use some of my playlists dissapear, there are playlists in my account I never created. On my Laptop all of my playlists I saved on my own and put 200 Songs in it are gone. I am really very annoyed about this. I put a lot of time in saving my favourite songs in some categories like Party, Rock and so on.

Does anyone have the same problem or knows about this?
