My podcast stopped being updated after an RSS encoding issue that was fixed

My podcast at https://open.spotify.com/show/3QhqnpTpBcoowx7Jdz9Zsx has stopped updating.

I had a character encoding issue in a new podcast listing and even though I fixed the issue a few hours later, spotify doesn't list the new podcast.

I already tried several actions to fix the issue:

1. I fixed the character encoding issue.
2. I changed the new podcast's GUID to a new value.
3. I changed the GUID to a new value a second time, this time also modifying the file name and even encoding the mp3 a little different so it had a slightly different file size.

None of these worked, the newest podcast (episode 7) is still unlisted.

The podcast's RSS is "https://coupleofpleasures.com/podcast/rss.xml"
