My premium account is not working

Hi!
So I recently recieved a Spotify Premium gift card, and I had no problem activating it. However, I'm still on the trial version wheras my account setting says that I have Spotify Premium till mid-July. I've tried to redeem the gift card PIN several times, and it doesnt work. I've signed in and out just in case, deleted the app and reinstalled several times. But still, I'm on the trial version. How do I fix this?

On the account setting page you can see that says you are Premium until July, what username is shown?
