What happens when you try changing the picture? Do you get an error message? If so, you can send us a screenshot of it. Just make sure that any sensitive info is not visible. We'll investigate this further.
In the meantime we'd suggest you restart the device and then log out and log back in again. Then you can give these steps a go.
