This type of issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your devices that affects the proper behavior of the app. In this case, we'd first recommend logging out and logging back in on your devices to see if it makes any difference.
Also, in case you haven't tried before, it would be great if you could reinstall the app to see if the issue persists.
