My recently played list on my carplay is messed up

For some reason, my recently played list that pops up when I open spotify in the car stopped showing my actual recently played playlists and artists. Right now it shows podcats that I don’t even listen to. Is there a way to fix this or remove the podcasts from this view? I want to be able to access my actual recently played items.

This type of issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your devices that affects the proper behavior of the app. In this case, we'd first recommend logging out and logging back in on your devices to see if it makes any difference.

Also, in case you haven't tried before, it would be great if you could reinstall the app to see if the issue persists.

However, it's not yet possible to remove podcasts from the home page. If you want to show your support for this feature, you can hit the thumbs up button to vote for this idea. We'd also recommend checking its status for more info.
