Mystery "New Releases" playlist

I've got a weird problem I haven't been able to figure out at all. It's affecting all my Spotify platforms, including desktop and my phone. (I'm posting in this desktop forum because the desktop is where I first noticed it.)

There's a "New Releases" playlist that keeps showing up, filled with music that's nothing like what I listen to. (It's mostly Spanish language stuff on the list.) It says it was created by me (it wasn't) as you can see in the attached screenshot from my phone. If I delete it, it reappears almost immediately. Note, this is not the Release Radar list.

I've gone through my account and removed all the third party app access, just in case something there is creating it. I've also changed my password. But no luck. The playlist keeps coming back.

Any ideas?
