Name and picture is gone from my collaborative playlist?

My Question or Issue

The name and picture on my collaborative playlist disappeared and has been gone for a few days. Whenever I try to change it back it continues to disappear and is left completely blank. How do I fix this?

Hey @dinopee,

As this may be a Playlist-specific issue, would you mind creating a new one & copying the content there?
If all goes well, the new Playlist will behave normally.
