No Metallica, Rammstein or AC/DC?

Solved!

No Metallica, Rammstein or AC/DC?

I think it's a little bit disappointing seeing there's little to no songs by Metallica, Rammstein and AC/DC.

I could possibly find a bunch more artists that aren't on spotity. But how come we don't have access to the music by these artists? I'm a premium user, and would like to get the most out of my money - because Spotify is indeed a very nice application.

I hope these artists can become a part of spotify music collection.

Necro post, I know.

I don't know about Finland, but in the rest of the free world, we have this thing called "capitalism."  With capitalism, you have your choice of a wide variety of options for any specific thing.  Not only that, but in accordance with natural law, you have not only the RIGHT to choose what you want to listen to, but the DUTY to exercise that right.  Whether it's radio stations, or toothbrushes, or cars.  The point of capitalism is that an individual or a business entity is allowed to make the best quality product for the lowest cost possible.  You can get a BMW for X, or you can get a Hyundai for 0.5X.  That being said, I'm sure that even Finland has more than one radio station.  I also know that Finland has a great deal of awesome metal.

But what do I know, I'm an American, and statistically speaking do not know history, economics, math, science...

Would love to see some AC/DC on spotify

That would be nice to see but unfortunately this is really in the Band's and their management's court. The band and I suspect who is managing them, they make exclusive licensing deals. You usually can stream their stuff at other services only after you have done a digital download purchase deal say through Amazon prime and/or google play. Well heck I can do the same thing just buying digital and/or hard copy cd's and then syncing the ripped content with my device through the spotify app. Though it would be nice to have cloud service access with the apps so the content can also be accessed anywhere anytime. But an aside here in the States the band did an exclusive deal with the Walmart retail chain store outlets for their new rereleased back catalogue, the reason allot of their stuff is not available just for streaming alone, they want actual digital and cd sales from each person for every release accessed. As if the band has not already earned mountains of money already in their career, they must have wasted it all and are hard up for retirement funds now. It irritates me bands that have been around this long still think in music access terms 20 years ago, hell most of the contemporary artists of the same eras have already made most of their content available at spotify, say like the bands Aerosmith, KISS, Alice Cooper, Led Zeppelin, Blue Oyster Cult, Black Sabbath, and they are still big draws to live shows and public appearances. It is only the band AC/DC that is holding out, they better get with the times and fast, and work out a deal they can live with for streaming access to their music without an additional purchase first, because this is the focus now streaming access for music, bands who hold out too long will probable be skipped over by listerners for artists using the services as an edge for recognition and being noticed quicker.

Please add more Rammstein soundtracks!!!!!!
