My Question or Issue

All my daily mixes have disappeared and my "Made for You" playlists haven't been updated for months and some for years. Any fix?

Hey @Asteriux, help's here. 


Let's try a couple of things to refresh your settings:

  • Restart your device
  • Reinstall the app
  • Restart router
  • Change network connection
  • Try another device and see if it works better

It's also possible that you have your Daily Mixes and playlists saved on another account, so make sure to check out this help article on finding accounts.


Let us know the results, and send us more specific info about what exactly is missing, along with screenshots.
