This is what happened to me also but I realised when it was too late to cancel and the order had arrived! I called customer services Last week and after being on hold for around 30 minutes I spoke to an advisor who agreed to raise it with a supervisor for me. I then received an email a few days ago asking for screen shots of my confirmation email, code etc which I supplied. I have since received an email today confirming my refund. All in all very impressed with how quickly it was handled!
