My Question or Issue

I have the problem, that I can not download a Playlist that only contains Video Podcast. The Arrow sign to download the playlist isn't there. It comes back when the Playlist is mixed with music or contains non Video Podcasts. I faced that Issue on my Smartphone and Ipad, but not in the Windows Desktop Version of Spotify. I already did a clean reinstallation of Spotify. Thank you for your help!

We appreciate the time you took to let us know about this inconvenience. We could replicate it from our side, so we've gone ahead and reported this with our tech folks. We'll let you know as soon as we have some news about this.
 

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can hit the download content arrow icon for each episode.

Our tech folks are still investigating this. While they're unable to provide an exact timeline for a fix at this moment, rest assured your feedback has been forwarded to the right teams and will be taken into account.

 

In the meantime, it's recommended to keep the app up to date to ensure you're always running the latest version of Spotify.

 

Don't hesitate to reach out to the Community again if something else comes up.
