[ONKYO] Playlist structure only partially synced

[ONKYO] Playlist structure only partially synced

I recently changed the way I organize playlists and folders in Spotify. I didn't create any new playlists, just new folders and structure. Only part of this reorganization appears to be synced to the Onkyo client; not all new folders exist and not all playlists are sorted correctly in the new folders that dó exist.

How can I force a refresh of the folder structure?

Onkyo points to Spotify for developing the app. Onkyo also informed me that the app "does not support nested playlists" (folders).

It's very frustrating, in order to get the most out of Spotify, you really have to use folders, yet the app doesnt play nice on the Onkyo.

My lists are all jumbled, far from the way I want them organized.
Please Spotify devs.....fix this.

Thanks for the info. It does explain the behavior, which started after I organized everything neatly into music genre folders...

Who the hell develops an app that does not support nested folders???

 

If Spotify does not fix this soon, I am switching to Google Play Music over Chromecast.

replying to let you know, in the past month or two, my folders have now become synced (mostly). So, either the planets have aligned, or somebody actually fixed somethings in the app/service.
