Onkyo Device Password

Over the past 3 days I've been trying to put Spotify on my Onkyo TX-NR626 with no luck. As I understand it, since I logon through facebook, I need a device password to go with my device username. Got the username, however, I can't seem to get the email with the password sent to me. I've reached out via twitter and opened a ticket with support (replied to automated email as suggested on these boards), but no one will answer me or manually send over the password. How can i get customer service to send me a password for my device?
