My Question or Issue
My question is quite simple:
Why do ONLY higher education students get a discount.
First I asked it through chat support, but they were VERY unclear and where making things up to not answer the question.
It seems like they didn't wanted to answer the question..
When I Kept asking the question (because they didn't answer it) they just said: "Hold on, I will help you when i'm ready" and then disconnect me!
I think it's unfair that only higher education students get a discount..
I would like to hear what you think about my question and how my question was handled in the support chat.
