My Question or Issue

Amount is debited for December month from my UPI Bank account successfully (Not in Pending status) but on spotify end it shows 'payment failed.. check your payment method'. Its my 5th payment from same payment method same UPI account but never faced such issue earlier. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

First up, we suggest that you check your receipts here to make sure the payment has gone through successfully. If you can't find the payment there, it means our system couldn't process it. This can be for multiple reasons, you can check this article about it. 


If you're sure you've been charged and you can't find the payment in your receipts, it's possible that you have another Spotify account. To check that, you just need to follow these steps. 

 

However, if you're sure you don't have another account and you've been charged, feel free to reach out to us directly here, so we can take a closer look and further assist you with this.
