I want to pay my current bill

Thank you for joining this conversation.

 

When you're subscribed to Premium with a recurrent payment method as a credit/debit card, if the payment fails, the system will try again later in order to keep your subscription active. In this case, we'd recommend making sure that the card you have registered meets all the requirements needed and wait until the system tries to get the payment again.
