Playback failed on my podcast

My Question or Issue

My podcast only recently started to have a video component. Today I am unable to watch all the episodes with it, including a new one that dropped in the morning. There is no problem with previous episodes without video. Relogging and restarting my phone doesn't work an all my settings are unchanged.

If you're a podcaster and you're having an issue, we suggest you get in touch with our team at Spotify for Podcasters. These folks specialize in queries submitted to Spotify by podcasters and content creators. They should be able to help you more specifically. You can reach out to them here.    


If the above is not the case and you meant that you're having troubles with a podcast uploaded on Spotify - we'd like you to share more info with us. Are videos not working on all of your devices? Does this happen with multiple podcasts or only with a specific one? Are you able to watch videos while using a different internet connection?
