Playback issues

About 4 days ago I started having issues playing music through my spotify app. I can't queue up songs, I can't shuffle playlists and I am basically stuck on one playlist right now. If I click to play a song on a different list, it'll play it, but then go right back to the same playlist that I am stuck on. Not sure if it's some kind of bug or kink from an app update or what. It's doing this on bith my iphone and macbook.

I currently also got this issue on iOS. 

I am starting to play a song from a playlist, the song which i selected plays, but after that some random songs from the queue are playing, which I never added there. Happens since a week or so.
