Playback speed does not change past 2x speed

My Question or Issue

When I try to change the playback speed to anything past 2x speed the playback speed does not change. I have tested every speed past 2x to see if any worked but none have. Is there a setting or something I need to change? Please let me know. 

p.s. I have signed into a few other accounts and some worked and some didnt.

Interesting. Does this occur with a specific podcast or with all podcasts in general? Could you share the version of Spotify you're running, along with a short screen recording that captures the app's behavior in action so we can have a clear view of how things look on your end?

In case you haven't already, try a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps here. It's worth checking if the issue occurs only on Wifi, Cellular data or both. If possible, try logging in to your account on another mobile device (a friend's or a relative's would do) to see if the issue persists there.
