Player Playlist Link does not play music (It gets stuck)

Hello,

into the site: https://www.playlists.rocks/ there are widgets with custom HTML code to load a spotify web playesr as below:

Sometimes and more often on the desktop, they do not work as expect so they do not play music-playlist. On different browsers console I catch the followings warnings and errors:
