I keep getting an error playing on another device when listening in my Tesla

Could you confirm if you're using Spotify in any other device or sharing the account with someone else? Also, please provide the steps you're following when you get this error, and provide the following details:


  • Account type (Free/Premium)
  • Device and operating system (e.g. MacBook Air, 10.10 OSX)
  • Spotify app version
  • Any screenshots/screen recordings that help explain or illustrate the issue

With this information, I'll be able to provide some further troubleshooting.
