Playlist Exchange Not Allowing Me to Post - Please Select a Tag

Hi everyone,

I've recently beent trying to post in the Spotify playlist exchange, but can't seem to actually post my message. I can fill out all the boxes, and the URI is accepted, but it keeps asking me to select a tag, even though I already have. There is no visible post button. Whenever I try and preview my post, I get an unexpected error message.

Does anyone know any possible solutions? I've attached a screenshot of my web page, because I think the layout it wrong. I know that most pages on others' computers have the tag options to the side, along with boxes to check whether you would like email notifications and whatnot. I'm currently running on a 2017 Macbook Pro, with High Sierra 10.13.3. I also have Flash Player installed.

UPDATE: I think I just had to make a 'Spotify Community' account, even though I was logged in to my spotify web browser, it seems to be working now.
