Playlist created in Web player becomes public?

I have and use Spotify both on desktop, mobile and the web. In the desktop/mobile I have configured the settings so that playlists I create doesn't automatically become public. It seems the Web player ignores this setting, and doesn't have a setting of its own, so any playlist I create through the web automatically becomes public. Is there any way to prevent this (apart from manually hiding each playlist after creation)?

No, unfortunately not.

There is currently no setting to prevent that on the web player.

You'll need to do make every playlist secret on your own.
