Playlists disappeared on WD LIVE TV

Recently my spotify premium account on my WD LIVE TV hub has lost all of the playlists I had saved. They exist on my phone still and on my computer but nothing appears on WD. I saw this was a post from 2012 but I'm hoping someone can help fix this now as its just happened to me
