Playlists greyed out in Sonos

Playlists greyed out in Sonos

Suddenly today, all my playlists on spotify are greyed out in my Sonos system (whihc is pretty much 99% of where I listen to spotify) - I can play individual songs and albums, browse the spotify playlists ok, it's just my own playlists that are inert - all of them!

 

Everything is playing fine through phone or desktop, any body sharing my pain or with a fix? (I've already removed and reauthorized my account in the sonos music services)

It's odd that this happens. Can you let us know the device, operating system and Spotify version you're using?

 

Let us know if this is happening with all of the playlists or just some. You could try reinstalling both the Spotify and Sonos app too.
