Playlists have disappeared

Playlists have disappeared

My playlists have disappeared , please help?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.


We'd recommend that you test if you can see the playlists while logged in on another device. If you don't have another device available - try using the Web Player instead to see if there's a difference.


It's also a good idea to take a look at this article for more information on what else to check if songs/playlists are missing from Your library. 


Lastly, if you think someone’s gained access to your account and deleted the playlists - head here and see what steps you'd need to take.


If none of the above is the case - feel free to share more info about your issue (eg. which playlists are affected, which devices does this behavior occur on, etc). We'll be happy to help out further 🙂

After changing the plan from family to Duo, my new playlist has been removed. I cannot find the new Playlist and liked Musics.
