Playlists made out from song library

I love to listen a lot of music, but I don't have enough memory space on my phone to download all of my playlists and songs. So I had and idea that you could use on your application. Maybe you could add the option to make a playlist out of all my song library. You could ask how many songs I'd like to download. For example, if I choose 15, you automatically make me a playlist of 15 random songs I have saved. If I choose 50, 40, 100, any number that I think that my phone can handle to download, you make the playlist.
