My Question or Issue

I have multiple Amazon Echo devices used to play or shuffle Spotify playlists. When I play or shuffle playlists on PCs or Android phones the entire playlist is played. However when I shuffle or play playlists on any on the Amazon Echo devices it only plays the same small subset of tracks from the playlist. I know the issue has been a problem for a number of years, is this a known limitation or is there fix or workaround is have missed.
