My Question or Issue

I Cant publish my audio podcast, it keeps giving me the same error message.

"We weren’t able to publish your episode. Please try again."

We had a change in staff and are unable to locate the login for the podcast managed through our company. The podcast is titled, Catalyst Conversations, and I am the admin for our podcasts. This account was setup by a staff member no longer with our team and attempts to login with our various email addresses and change the password have failed. What does this mean?

I can't get past this step, and as far as I can, everything is finished.
