Update: This seems to be a glitch with my account.
I cannot get the podcast “Slow News Day” to appear in Spotify on any device when signed into my account. I have been able to access it via the web player when signed out of my account, but as soon an I sign in I’m given an error message stating that Spotify can’t find that page. This happens on mobile and desktop.

After spending nearly 2 hours on support chat with Spotify it looks like this is a specific glitch with my account. This is not the only account-specific glitch I've experienced, so that news wasn't surprising. The easiest fix was getting an account transfer, however they are not able to transfer over your listening history. Since I am able to access this specific podcast on other platforms I declined the transfer for the time being, though if I continue to run into similar glitches I will definitely get my account transferred.
If you're also experiencing this issue, be prepared to spend a significant amount of time on chat before they offer you this fix, although you might be able to speed up the process by demonstrating that you've already determined it's your account and not related to any device-specific issues.
Hi @jgibbster!
Interesting. I was unable to reproduce this on Windows 10 and Android 11, so the issue could be isolated to your devices' operating systems. Could you try logging in to a Windows/Android device (if possible) to see if you'd still experience the same behavior?
It's worth logging out and signing back in twice in a row, as this triggers an internal refresh that may help here. You can also ask a friend or a family member who uses Spotify to log in to their account and check if they can reproduce this.
Let us know how it goes. Cheers!
Hi ! I have the exact same issue with a Spotify Originals french podcast called "Damien, l'école et la colère". Since the day of its release, I can't access to it neither on my phone nor on my laptop. I've tried with someone else's account and it worked, so I've checked all my preferences but nothing seems to interfer with this content.
I've also tried logging out all my devices, logging out and signing back in twice in a row as you said, but nothing worked.
Could you help me ?
No luck with logging out and logging back in, @Yordan.
In addition to the Apple desktop and mobile versions of Spotify, I've also experienced the same issue with the web player on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, so I don't think the platform is the issue—there's something wrong with the account somewhere. I created a dummy account and was able to easily find and play the podcast on desktop, mobile, and web apps.
