My Question or Issue

I attempted to listen to the latest episode on The Late Round Podcast, but it wouldn't load. The playback bar just animated as if it were trying to load, but this just hangs and nothing ever happens. I did, however, try playing other podcasts, such as The Joe Rogan Experience, and I didn't experience the same issue.

This is odd. Have you already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app?

 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you give it a try using a different device to see if you get the same behavior? 

 

It'd also be helpful if you could send over the link to this episode so that we can check it from our end.

My Question or Issue

I can and have been listening to Joe Rogan but when I try to listen to the Mike Rowe (The Way I Heard It) it appears to be playing but I can't hear anything. Can jump to Joe Rogan and it plays fine. I have Uninstaller, cleared cache, cleared data and reinstalled and it still doesn't work.

I have clean reinstalled the app many times trying to fix this.

 

I just tried on my laptop and I am not able to play any episodes of "The Way I Heard It with Mike Rowe" podcasts but I am able to play all of the Joe Rogan's podcast on both my phone and my laptop. When I try to play any of the Mike Rowe's podcast on either laptop or phone, it seems to be playing but can't hear anything on either.

Thanks for your reply.

 

Can you give it a try with another internet connection (preferably by a different provider) and with a different account? You can use the account of someone you know or create one for testing purposes (here's how to close it afterwards).

 

Another thing you can check is whether the episodes play fine in Offline mode.
