Podcasts not downloading on spotify mobile

Hi, 

I had episodes of podcasts downloaded for offline use that disappeared. 

When I tried to redownload them it won't let me. I have cleared the catche and uninstall and reinstalled the app and it still won't work. 

It's getting frustrating as I have very limited data. 

Anyone know when this will be fixed?

If you have an active Premium subscription, the app should let you download the episode to listen to it offline. We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article?

If so and the issue persists, it's possible that you might be logged on a different account that doesn't have the Premium features by mistake. In that case, we'd recommend logging out and back in using different credentials as mentioned in this article to see if it makes any difference.
