If I start a podcast from my phone via bluetooth, then later come back to my computer (spotify app on macbook), the podcast will not play. Pause button is displayed but podcast is not playing or advancing. If I start a podcast on the macbook, it's fine. It's the continuation of an already started podcast that doesn't work. Downloading the podcast doesn't help. Sometimes opening podcast on the web app in the browser works, other times not. This has been happening for months and is consistent. I have chatted with support and their solution is to create a new account?! This seems to be a bug and would like to report it.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and for the detailed explanation.
We understand that creating a new account can feel uneased and frustrating. However it would be great if you could do that and see if the issue persists since we'll be able to know if it's account related or not. We tried this from our end and we don't get the same behavior.
