My Question or Issue

This ongoing issue is still not solved. Please return the first version of Spotify at PS4 when the music sounded good. Now it's just a crackly sound, especially when the letters t or s are pronounced. I can't describe it other than crackling sounds. Please, FIX THIS!!!
