Yo tengo el mismo problema, pero al momento de crear una cuenta nueva si está activada la opción de habilitar Canvas.
Tengo mi cuenta desde hace más de 5 años y no me gustaría perderla o cambiarla, hay alguna solución a esto?

You can find out here how to transfer content from your old account to your new one. Keep in mind that the listening history won't be transferred. Currently this is the only solution we can offer.

Cuál es el motivo por el cual a mi cuenta se le desactivaron los Canvas? Llevo 1 año con ese problema y quisiera saber cuál es el filtro para activar/desactivar está opción a los usuarios 😞

We can confirm that Canvas is still being tested. At Spotify, we're often testing new features and improvements, that's why you may have something in the app that other users don't or vice versa, or have a feature to try temporarily.
We suggest to keep the app always updated so you don't miss out on any new features and improvements.

Yo tambien tengo el mismo problema y no se por que pero no me deja activar la opcion de canva.

Yo tengo el mismo problema, pero no me funciona el método que recomendaste, sigue igual y me hice otra cuenta nueva y nada, no funciona y también a esa cuánta nueva le compré el plan premium entonces no sé si habrá otra método.
Yo tenía el mismo problema y lo que tienen que hacer es irse a Spotify ajustes de la aplicación no de la aplicación en sí Sino del sistema o sea se van a aplicaciones y Spotify donde dice los permisos y luego se van a donde dice wi-fi y datos y seleccionen donde dice cuando está el ahorro de datos sin restricciones, pongan que Spotify use los datos sin restricciones y ya se les va a activar automáticamente eso lo menos en Android es como me funcionó espero le sirva
